The background of this study is the legal aspect of sharia in the Sukuk product. Consequence of the legality of the implementation of sharia is the practice must be in accordance with the principle of Islamic Economic including Retail State Sukuk. The state of Retail State Sukuk product are based on the principle of Ijarah Sale and Lease Back. rn This study aims to determine whether the transaction Retail State Sukuk contract that uses Ijarah Sale and Lease Back in accordance with the principles of Sharia or not. The process of preparation of this study are literature, in the sense that the source of the data derived from books, articles, newsletters, and other literary forms, including from the internet that discuss Retail State Sukuk. While this research data analysis using descriptive qualitative data analysis. Based on the result of data processing and analysis, the obtained results that investment agreement Retail State Sukuk are in harmony and conformity with the requirement to have Sharia.
