This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing a restaurant concept that will be carried out by PT Sumber Berkah Niaga. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that in the legal aspect, the object is in the form of a limited liability company and has legal permits. While on the market aspect there are opportunities for demand in the future. In the environmental aspect, the current economic conditions are conducive to running this business where this business can increase local tax revenues, opening up employment opportunities for the surrounding community. In the aspect of sharia marketing, there is a viable marketing strategy. On the technical and operational aspects, having a strategic location, having appropriate production facilities and processes. In the aspect of human resource management, carrying out the appropriate management functions also has a clear and active form and organizational structure. In the financial aspect, Payback Period is 2 years 3 months 20 days; BEP on the sales value of Rp.496,010,638; ROI of 70.21%; ISM 47.85%; GVM 507.5 grams of gold; GI of 2.59; NPV Rp.419.212.293; IRR 59,80%; and PI 3,046.
